Every reckoning in Sanctuary ends at a throne. This archive gathers the bosses of Diablo IV — the endgame Lair ladder you climb key by key, the giants that stalk the open world, and the pinnacle horrors at the summit — and lays bare where each waits, what it costs to claim its hoard, and the treasures worth the hunt.

The boss and key system is reforged almost every season — these pages describe Season 14 (Lord of Hatred). Confirm the finer details in-game if a new season has since dawned.

Lair Bosses

The endgame ladder: you fight first, then spend a key to open the boss's Hoard. Initiate bosses cost a Lair Key and drop Greater Lair Keys; Greater bosses cost a Greater Lair Key; Belial's ambushes yield the Superior Lair Keys the highest tier demands.
