Each time you hit an enemy with Explosive Blast your damage is increased by 10% and your damage reduction is increased by 20% for 6 seconds. This effect can stack up to 4 times.

This relic is bound to your account. It can only reach another Nephalem inside the two-hour drop window, and only to someone who was in the game with you at the moment it fell. It cannot be bought, sold, mailed, or handed over later.
