Sanctuary keeps a real market again — but a guarded one. Sell what you have found, seek what you still need, or offer your blade as a carry. Every price is in-game value: gold, or an honest item barter. Name your realm, and the trade is struck in-game.
A real market, but a guarded one
Diablo IV has a true player economy — but not for everything. Common, Magic, Rare and Legendary items, regular Uniques, gems and boss materials may all be traded in their found, unmodified state; the moment you Enchant, Temper or Masterwork a piece, it binds to your account. Mythic (Uber) Uniques can never be traded at all. Every price here is in-game value — gold or item barter. There is no auction house, no real money, and no gold-selling: trades are made face to face, in-game, and soliciting money is a reportable offence.
In-game value only — gold and item barter. Never real money, and never account sharing. Soliciting either is a reportable, removable offence.
